Medicare Part D Drugs
Definition:
A Part D drug is available only by prescription, approved by the Food and Drug Administration, used and sold in the United States and used for a medically accepted indication. Covered Part D drugs include prescription drugs, biological products, insulin and some vaccines.

The Formulary
Members receive a formulary annually. If any formulary changes are made that will limit the members' ability to fill their prescriptions, MediGold will notify members before the change is made. At least a 60 day notice will be given. To access the formulary click here.
